Default Any "reporter" types on here that know poker?

    This is totally spit-balling here.

I run one of the poker rooms in Black Hawk (not sure if it's cool to say which one). I'm considering paying someone to be basically a "reporter" for our big poker tournament events at the casino. This person would mainly Tweet updates about the event, like chip stacks, names of players left, number of entries for the event, pics of winners and interesting stuff, etc. They'd have to be rather familiar with tournament poker of course.

Compensation would depend on a few things, but I'm wildly guessing at about $300 - $400 a day, meals paid for. These can be long days that go into the night, mostly weekends but some weekdays too. Deals can possibly be made for entries into tournaments instead of cash as well (may be preferred on my end). We usually have 2-4 of these events a year, but that may go up to as high as 9. Each event would have the reporter required for 2 to 4 days.

If anyone is interested, hit me up and we can chat. Thanks!

You better clear it with those at the table. I would not want any info where i'm playing cards to be made public.

FWIW: have you asked the casino if they have a PR person, who does that ?
