    Default Central Air recommendations?

We are looking to get central air put into our house. The past two summers there have been brutal and I don't want to have to put up with another one.

Any recommendations for specific companies to do this?

Front Range Mechanical. The owner will come to your house, learn you on HVAC, AND sell you. He's very knowledgeable and will sell you what you need, not necessarily what he makes the most $ on. He also logically destroyed the lowball quote I received from another company.

Hey, just wanted to bump up this thread - the guys from Front Range Mechanical just left after installing a BIG AC unit at our house. Obviously I won't know how well it works until the temps head up but I thought they were very thorough and professional. They were also the lowest quoted price by a BIG margin. So far very happy, install looks clean and they went over the warranty and all the other important stuff. I may actually have a house that is habitable in mid-Summer!

Thanks for the recommendation, I doubt I would have found them without someone telling me.
