Default HVAC Guy/Gal Able To Install In The Springs

My daughter/SIL needs the A/C replaced in their home (current system likely not salvageable).

I need someone to inspect and give a quote as soon as possible.

Home is essentially @ Peterson & Constitution. 3br ranch, attic & deep crawl space.

Please PM me if you can assist.

Couldn’t you have used a non-gender specific term instead of segregating your request into only two categories of Guy/Gal ?

But, but, but... it is for his Daughter/Sister In Law.
I'm still trying to figure out how your daughter is your sister in law?
I guess if your daughter marries your sister's husband's brother?

    Ah, that would make sense.
That is the problem with abbreviations.

Need same in Castle Rock, came home last night to hot air blowing out of the vents, fan not turning on the condenser unit.

Would also take a PM, even if it's just to say "call this guy"

Not a diagnosis (I'm not an HVAC guy) but that sounds like it could be a bad start/run capacitor. This is a relatively cheap ($20-$30) part that everyone with central air should keep a spare one of on-hand. Changing it out is a 10-15 minute job even for an amateur with no special tools required.

For $20-30, I'll give that a try! Where would one source something like that?
