I see on https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/mic...ight-simulator that it'll be on the Xbox, so if that's the case then yes the console will run it. Games have to run on the console in order to be sold on it (I used to be a compliance tester for the Xbox 360, games had to pass a series of tests in order to be able to be sold. Didn't mean they were good, just that they ran and didn't fail spectacularly :P). Looking online, it looks like yes it also plays Blu-Rays and DVDs.
