My washer is not spinning fast enough to get all the water out.

I even un plugged and plugged next day.
It has been about almost 12 years.

I might have to buy a new one.

Any front loading brand you guys recommend?,
Any brand and model to avoid?

I will most likely get it at Home Depot or Lowes.

I bought a pair of samguns in 2007, and they’re still going strong.

You might try taking the back panel off to access the discharge hose at the pump. Sometimes accumulated stuff like string, socks, and golf balls get stuck in the discharge pump or hose. Simple fix, save $$.

    jk about the golf balls.

I'm still using a dishwasher I bought for the cabin 15 years ago off Craigslist for $35. Rotated the front panel, looks good, works well.
Also off Craigslist I bought a new high end Kenmore Elite dishwasher for 1/3 the $1500 new cost. Great machine now after 7 years. Buying used appliances can be a good deal.

I'd look at Miele. Our Miele S7 vacuums have been excellent.

    Still recommend Maytag.

Our prior LG had mold issues and stunk to high heaven and would not clean up effectively (which is why we replaced with Maytag).
Samsung had problems with the top load washers coming apart during the spin cycle. There was a recall to address it. Have no experience with the front loaders.

    Thanks.
Many big box stores are backordered on affordable washer dryer set. It is usually one or the others are back ordered.
I might need to get whatever they have a complete set or buy different brand of each.

It reminds me of when we were looking for a TV month back. This stimulus check is really driving demand of durables.

Suppressed production related to Covid-19 certainly doesn't help with availability.

Why do you need a matching set? I have a 2005 dented LG front loader that was cheaper than the cheapest top loader, and paired it with an Inglis dryer. I think the pair was just under $600. If one die, I'll replace what died, not both with the cheapest I can find.

Its a tool, not a fashion accessory
