Not sure if this is the place to post this, but I had a firearm transferred here to my local ffl, and when it didn't arrive I checked the tracking and it was being returned! The shipping ffl said UPS listed it as 'refused by receiver'. After my ffl spent HOURS on the phone with UPS, the manager finally admitted (after blaming the virus, my ffl, babble about essential items, and everything else), that the package had been scanned on the warehouse dock in Denver as 'refused by receiver', and never made it on the truck. My ffl told the guy that they were a gun shop with 24 hr surveillance and could prove that a UPS truck had not been to their store in days.

Mine was not the only package that was not delivered. It seems that long, heavy packages, obviously long guns, and heavy items shipped from firearms/ammunition distributors to this store, (whose name indicates they are gun-related), were being scanned like mine on the loading dock and being returned. WTF? The sending ffl received my package and sent it back, (FEDEX this time). I filled out my 4473 and am currently waiting the 5-6 days it's taking CBI to crank out a background check.

My local ffl went way above and beyond for me, spending tons of time they don't have right now on the phone with UPS trying to get it straightened out, when the could have just sat on their hands and waited for it to show up, and the guy on the gunboards who sold it to me paid shipping twice and couldn't have been better about it.

Anyone else had this? Some angry libtard on the UPS loading dock sending guns back just because? Who knows. It's not the first time I've had problems with the big brown truck guys, but this is the worst.
