I haven't been up this year, but as of last fall, it's very nice. No range officer on duty, so you do have to watch out for people with no gun handling experience. 100 yards is the longest they have, half covered, half open air. There is a 50 yd rimfire/pistol section, 100 yard anything, and a clay throwing section, if my memory serves me. I haven't used the clay area since they installed permanent throwers, but I believe you just bring the clays and shoot away! Weekends can be busy, but if you go on a weekday in the summer, you're probably only sharing the range with a couple other shooters. Usually has a supply of free targets and earplugs on hand, too. Looks like they're open, just no RSO on duty (which I've never seen anyways) https://www.summitrange.org/. Plenty of other things to do up there (especially if you fish!).
FYI, if you care - it's under constant video surveillance.
