Default CO Part-year resident taxes question

I'm doing our 2019 taxes for CO online and am a bit confused.

For CO I had an income of X; federally Y (since we became residents of Oklahoma, I had income that was not taxable in CO).

CO's website is saying that my taxable income is Y and not X.

I don't understand how this is the case? I wasn't a full year resident.

Wouldn't the taxable income only be X?

    ETA:

At the last part of the filing, before submission, it shows the following:

Y is my Federal modified AGI.

    Shouldn't this read as X?
