Default Tighten up a loose holster ?

Does anyone know to tighten up a loose IWB holster ?
I cannot find a holster that is specifically made for a Star BM, but a 1911 Commander holster is very close, except it is a little loose.
And I have a few in the holster bin, I want to try to get one to shrink up a bit to have a better retention / grip on the Star BM.
Any ideas from someone With leather experience.

P.S. No Bert, not Krusty Krotch kind of leather experience..........
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.

Give hbar a call. Good quality holster would be worth modding.

Wrap in Saran Wrap get holster moist not wet use a blunt rounded something wife’s crochet neeedles work really well and mold the leather into the curves of the gun. Let it dry with the gun inside and it will be nice and tight. I took a Xd holster to a 1911 holster with this technique

You can also drill a hole in it (either under or in front of the trigger guard) and install a Chicago Screw to tighten it down a bit.

    like this

    or this

If you're local to the Denver metro area, bring me the gun and I can make you a kydex holster that will fit perfectly. Unless you're stuck on using a leather holster.

I?m sure after a year he has either got it resolved or picked up a different holster.
