Find a Car Medic. They are essentially individual franchisees with super high corporate standards. They train for a couple of months before they are even turned loose. Even then, the juniors work with their partners until they can handle their own territory. My brother runs a territory in Charlotte and some of the dents he pushes are crazy. Retail hail damage is not cheap either.
