    Just made some. Chili’s from Pueblo. A lil hotter than typical hatch. Very nice. The best part about making your own is
    You can add as much pork as you want. The link below is pretty close. If you want chunks instead of pulled pork just go that way.

    "Green Chili" in AZ is bad to non-existent. They sometime use a squeeze bottle here and call it green chili.

    I have had to resort to making my own with frozen NM chili imports. It's pretty F'in good.

    yep, I want some that recipe link made me go - hmmm - sounds good.

    Now back to the Shin noodle bowl soup. Oh so unsatisfying after reading that link.
