Need a carpet guy ASAP

Need a carpet and installer for about 300 sq ft + 10 stairs 10? deep and 31ish? wide.
Needs to be done no later than 10-2.

Heres the deal- I need the cheapest of cheap carpets and installs, I am putting my house on the market and I just need something to cover up 1960?s vintage tile that was damaged by a previous carpet install years ago.

If you know somebody holler, might be willing to do some horse trading.

The market is so hot right now you can probly sell as is with out any hassel from the buyer.

You can get commercial carpet tile for around $.25 a foot on craigslist. It can lay over the top of tile if the tile is in good shape. As for the stairs, it may be easier to encase them in wood if you can not find a carpet guy, or do an inexpensive peel and stick tile. Down here, I use Carpet Clearance warehouse, and they usually are pretty quick. The last time I used them, the installer came the next week, because I wasn't ready for him in two days.

They have a few options above the low end for a dollars more that considerably upgrade the look and feel. I was going to go with the low end, but for about $70 more, it made the house much more presentable. I believe it was around 280 square feet with 12 stairs.
