Ruget Min 14 Ranch Rifle question

Hello all, Im looking for a bit of advice.
Im cleaning out the safe in preparation for a move back east, and I'm on the fence about whether or not to sell one of my rifles that I have rarely ever shot and has been in the safe untouched for a very long time.

It's a Ruger Mini 14 Ranch Rifle, stainless steel over wood stock. It was purchased in 2004 or 05 cant quite remember. Serial number prefix is 197. Its got a minor scratch in the finish of the stock from another rifle in the safe falling up against it, othet than that is excellent.

Are these as popular as they once were now that ARs are all the rage? Any suggestions on a fair asking price?

Assuming your Mini is a "normal" model, I think keeping one "featureless" semi-auto rifle is a good idea.
