Goats (only have 3) stay at family members ranch in Yuma pretty much 11mos of the year and chicken coop is co-op with neighbor. We split the birds, I buy the feed, they provide labor, we split the egg money and split the birds raised for slaughter.
If you're unarmed, you are a victim

last badger that I killed came to me when I was out calling coyotes. Came running in to a distress call. BANG. If I remember right the fur buyer only gave me $15. for him. Better then nothing.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.

Id love to take one and make a little open mouth rug.
Most land owners around here say shoot the deer, pronghorn and prairie dogs... just leave the badgers alone. They kill the prairie dogs and push away the coyotes.
I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.

While prairie dog shooting one time a badger came flying out of a hole, ran about 20 yards to a wounded prairie dog, snatched it up and went back to it's hole to feast. It was an awesome sight.

I always see badgers in Utah just east of Grand Junction. Always thought they would make a great hat. I would enjoy seeing the looks at the grocery store walking arround with that thing on haha.
