Default BULK VACUUM SEALER ROLLS AND BAGS

I have finally depleted most of my stash of bags and rolls that I have built up from sales/black fridays/flea market/etc.

What brands of bulk rolls and bags have you good folks had the best luck with, and which should I avoid? Also, where is the best place to get them, if not amazon?

I am currently using a Foodsaver unit, if that makes a difference.

    Thanks

Foodsaver frequently has sales, especially around the holidays. I still have rolls I bought in bulk 2 years ago.

I was on their site this morning before I created this thread, and didn't see any eyebrow raising prices. Maybe I need to sign up for their email alerts.

I've been using these for a few years and have been happy with them. They make a few different sizes.

I looked at these on their website. Are they thicker, and do they seal ok?

They are thicker than the ones that came with the foodsaver, but I don't remember how they stack up for thickness against the small number of other brands we tried. They seal excellent, and were the best of the bags I tried. I last ordered in 2017 and am only about halfway through what I ordered.

I've been using them for the half steer we put in the freezer every year, my last elk in 2017, roasted chiles, and bulk chicken and such. Everything goes into a deep-freezer, with no defrost cycle, so the food tends to do better long term anyway. We've had zero problems with that brand.

I have bought this two pack twice now and they work well. My only complaint is the full roll does not fit into my machine.
