    +1 for KingSoupers and Boulder sausage. I don't like having to drain the grease and want flavor but not too hot. both these are readily available good choices.

    I like the pork one they sell at Walmart. Just me though.

    Thanks all. I did not think about Boulder sausage. Kazoo I will try that place too. And all, I will have to work my way through the suggested products one at a time.
    (At least I will once my work week goes back to ?40? hours)

    Any local carniceria worth it's salt will have a butcher counter and homemade chorizo. ground, or longaneza. I know of a couple in Longmont, but haven't shop there. It'll be cheaper too, might need to practice you spanish.
