Default Recommendations wanted: Estate planning lawyer in the Springs

Looking for the basic will/living will/funeral pyre permit/etc package. I've got a few little weird things and questions to work with, so the download the will program and fill in the blanks isn't quite enough. I've got a few good options saved in my web browser, but wanted to ask here for any personal recommendations, and any known hourly rates would be sweet too.

I put everything I own into a trust in my name. Lots of choices of what to do within it, and who your assets will be distributed to and to what extent.

$1 to $3 K to get it done, but it's solid and supersedes any outside influence as it was explained to me. I think it might be a good option if you haven't looked into it.

Oh yeah a trust is one of the options we'd like to see about, if it's useful for our situation. Just need to work that and a few other issues out.

Forbush Legal, LLC recommended to me. I have used the package to deal with relative. Wife and I also did the package. Not cheap. Free coffee, cookies and sweet help.
Forbush offers the Cleo online access to your trust. This allows you to easily share documents.

Hah, Forbush is one of my top 2 contenders. The not cheap is the only bummer, I've heard 400/hr which is unfortunately out of my budget. If my situation was more complex, I'd go with that. As it is, we don't have kids, our net worth is high but simple, and we're just a little cash poor right now. I'm hoping for the 200-250/hr range honestly to keep it in the budget I can spend on this right now once all is said and done. I did find one lawyer offering a $500 fixed price deal for will/living will/POA/etc that would probably be just fine with just a few adjustments.

I'm not a pro, and in my humble opinion a will is fine for most. Some reasons where will's won't work,
    -You have estranged kids.
-You have 'troublesome' people in your next of kin line.
-You have contested property in your name.
-You have a death benefit that's contestable.
-You have alot of debt (alot meaning it's a significant fraction of your estate, no one cares about a few bucks on a credit card).

I'm sure a pro could give you much better advice. Ask your insurance agent for some recommendations, they know who's who and what flies.

We worked with Goldberg-Forbush about five years ago. Top notch group of folks, and very helpful in aiding us through the process.
