All the ones I have bought did not come with QD swivels or any swivels.

They have one model that comes with the swivels sewn in. Seemed kinda cool.

i may be completely wrong, but for some reason i thought i've seen some blue force gear at Bower's. I can't say if it's the one you want, or even if i'm right. may be worth a call, though

Bowers had plenty of Vickers slings, and I just added the Magpul QD swivels (which they also had plenty). Thanks funkymonkey and theDave.
