How long have you had your CCW

I am just curious on how long other members have had a CCW permit.
I received mine in May of 2003.

I got my first CCW permit in 1989 IIRC

89, received it in 90 That's when it was at the whim of the sheriff of your county. Fortunately Weld cty was gun friendly.

2002, after moving to CO. Started carrying daily in early 2001 (but lived in KS that didn't have CCW licenses at the time ... now that I'm back here we have Constitutional Carry ... oh how times have changed).

I started EDCing in 2001 because if the actions of the Carr brothers in December of 2000. I'm relatively certain that I met Johnathan Carr in 96 in the parking lot of the apartment building he would be living in at the time of the events of December 2000 (and he relieved me of some cash and a watch).
