ETA: Further down the thread I posted a screen grab of the fb page of the gun shop that used to be at that address. Permanently closed, and a specific post on the page warning about this website being a scam. Disregard my reference in this post about the gun shop.

Probably so. The former Burlington Chief of Police, Barry Romans, used to (and still may) have a small gun business at that location for years.

ETA: I'll change that "Probably" to a "Possibly". After poking around the website, it mentions its home state as Florida. There are also some other inconsistencies, such as an indoor range being alluded to and the mention of the warehouse. Probably an affiliate/drop-ship type of operation if it is legit. I'm sure some of the more savvy members here can dig into more of the ownership details and such online.

Next time I pass through there I will stop by and ask some questions.

The red building on southeast corner of Hwy 24 and 14th?
If you're unarmed, you are a victim

Thanks for the replies so far. Definitely looks like a scam.
What flagged it for me was entering their address in Google Maps and seeing a florist at the address, and then, too many things for sale that are out of stock everywhere else.

Yes. Or to the locals, SE corner of Rose Ave & Main Street.

The gun shop is at the south end of the building. The rest of the building is/was a combination florist/thrift/second-hand shop. The phone number listed is not a regular Burlington area prefix either, but in this day and age, that doesn't mean much.

I searched the gun shop that was there, and found their facebook page. Permanently closed, and has a post pointing out this scam:
