Glock pattern over Colt pattern every day of the week! They feed so much better.

Hard to beat... so you're saying you like the QC-10 better? Can you slap any 9mm upper on the QC-10 lower?

In terms of aesthetics, yes, hard to beat. Functionality, there really isn’t a difference. Any 9mm upper will bolt onto it. I believe Quarter Circle is out of business though so finding one of their lowers may be difficult.

QC 10 is very nice. If you're interested in a side charging stripped upper, for a build. i have a few collecting dust somewhere in the shop.

I still have my CMMG lower and BCG that I bought back in 2014, and it still functions after thousands of rounds, with various different upper builds. It's staying old school for now.

An AUG in 9mm would be very cool.

Agreed. Not sure how the ergonomics would work with glock mags though - the angle of the mag is all wrong haha

Just to stir the pot again...I just built a 9 using a NFA G-9 (or G-5; their pre-"we're going wholesale only" lightweight 9mm receiver) that I got for a whopping 38 bones on closeout when they were getting rid of everything last year. That lightweight receiver is really nice; the one thing I do not like about NFA's Glock pistol caliber lowers is the mag catch is plastic. I replace them with an Odin Works extended Glock magazine release, and it's well worth it. I did not use one of their "bolt hold open" uppers, so that's next on the list to upgrade the beast. The muzzle device is also on the list to be replaced, it's just what was on the barrel when I got it.
