I prefer Otto for the long range training. Natural hills & man-made berms, north/south orientation with decent infrastructure & shelter from the sun & I dont think it's limited for use to just competition days. Naturally, long range is not open to members on comp days but I believe that's just a day or two a month.

On the flip side, you might want to check with Pawnee about using anything past cowboy town for recreation. I'm not sure that long range is open unless there is a competition. Ive never been other than for a match so I'm not as familiar with any other ranges there. Big diagonal bowl in the middle makes it a challenge to call misses because there's no backstop which is great for comps but can be a singular lesson in frustration for even the most experienced shooters.

Amenities & berm orientation are different too @ each so it depends on what you're looking for as a total package.

Before deciding its worth checking out both, or either if you haven't been.
The long range steel is open to members IIRC, anytime (during the day. Open to gen pop normal non-member days.
