Combination of all the above suggestions is best bet.

Not likely to find snares, leg hold traps or body grip devices in stock at farm or sporting/outdoors stores.

I have checked Tractor Supply and Murdochs, humane/live traps only. Some poisons available. Bomgaars is a possibility but doubtful.

Looking like sportsmans is going to be my closest friend. Showing some options, but you know how online inventories are.

There are a few burrows, and one of em is directly under my propane tank. I'm not that nuckin futz

We used to blow up ant hills that way back in the day.

Yeah, not near other explosive matl.

I used to fill milk jugs with welding gas and use a broken flashbulb to ignite it. Made great theatrical tools.
I suspect some 1000 steel wool would burn with a electric spark. Gives you a bit of stand off.
Dead rodents could become animal feed.

Large rubbermaid trash can filled with water, or exhaust hose in lid. Not the most humane (but you're past that at this point) but more friendly to the traps.

I'm not sure about rabbits, but my cousin lives out is same area and had a similar situation with mice. Peppermint oil worked as a deterrent for him. Smells better than moth balls.

Probably easier to hold peppermint, than a moths wings.

I bought one of those at Cabela's in Lone Tree to use for squirrels, was surprised to find them there. Have never used it, fucker's so damn strong I'm scared of getting bit by it. It'd crush a finger for sure! My arthritic old hands can't set the damn thing either.
