    Default Microsoft Scam

I got this email today. I haven't had a Windows computer since 2009. The wording is not quite English. I called and David Webber answered. I asked him what this was and he said the anti-virus on my computer. I asked if he could look up which one. He said your windows computer. When I explained I haven't had a windows computer in a dozen years, we were disconnected.

How will I get back in touch with Dave to pay my $286.99 so I don't get a virus???

Respond telling him that you sent a lawsuit service to that address.

    That doesn't exist

I got that one too. Let me guess. David had an accent?

Blatantly obvious phishing attempt. Microsoft Defender and Webroot aren't even the same company.
