Does anyone work for a large enough company to have an Anti-terrorism plan? If so, can I see it for educational purposes? It's for my masters program.

No. But the one thing I recall was that one of the large banks in the twin towers had a guy that designed their evac plan. It saved hundreds of life?s. Can?t remember his name though. Just random piece of mind lint.

I did some research on the topic for my class, one of the issues that came up at the towers was that each company had their own evac and response plan and many employees refused to participate in drills and training to prepare. Also, WTC and Port Authority PD had different plans which were also different from the many organizations within the towers.
Quite interesting stuff on the development and implementation of ICS.
