    You might be able to find a prepper that would be interested in the old notes since they were printed before the magnetic ink and tracking strips...........

    So, with silver coins are we looking more at the intrinsic metal value than collector value?
    I have looked at some online and they are definitely above nominal.
    Any reputable coin shop I can bring them to?

    I've always gone to Dave's Gold and Silver Exchange in Denver, 548 S. Broadway. There's a bigger shop a couple doors north, but Dave is more personable and honest. Small time vs big time.

    I'd just sell them in the trading post section. Dealer is going to pay under market price and resell at a profit. I was going to sell some gold at a dealer and they were going to pay 25% less that spot.
    How much silver do you have? I might be interested.
