Soffit, Siding, and Roof Repair - looking for a person to do the work

I was wondering if anybody on here does Soffit and Siding work. The person who did the roof on my house, and did a good job in 2017 is completely unresponsive now and missed an appointment to meet with me. Two months and no estimate. After being strung along for two months. I need to look at other options. I need the soffits, fascia and some weathered siding replaced on my rental house so I can sell before the market tanks. My renter left Sunday so I need to get moving on it.

I also need a roof and gutters on my primary residence in Conifer.

Every good contractor I know is booked out for a year, likely due to this shitty real estate market.

With no homes for sale, many people want to stay put and spend money improving their home.

I'd recommend seeing what the rental is worth as is. You may not need to repair it to get what you want out of it.

Where is it located? I'm a home inspector so I drive around all day. If I am nearby, I'd like to check it out. I have plenty of realtors and wanna-be developers that may be interested in buying it yesterday.

Yep, I'm definitely finding there are few people to do any work. I'm going to put it in the MLS in the next couple days. If you would like to see it, I'll be there a lot over the next week.
