Water heater replacement - plumber referral wanted in CoSpgs
Well, the water heater is 15 years old and still going strong - but I figure I'll replace it now - rather than wait for it to fail.
Any recommendations on plumber/company doing water heater replacement in Colorado Springs?

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.
Last time we had a water heater shit the bed was on a Christmas morning several years ago. That was a 'spensive ordeal! So being proactive is a good thing, if you can.

The problem with that brand is the difficulty in replacing the sacrificial anode. Most models I have seen has it on the hot water pickup. Meaning, the hot line needs to be removed to replace it.Originally Posted by bradbn4

My Montgomery Wards water heater is 57 years old and still going strong. Manufactured March 1965. Maybe I should replace it?

You are not wrong on that issue - but they do seem to last a bit longer. And my guess is AO Smith would not be good choice. - and thanks for reminder on the BradFord
