Windows 10 laptop with Firefox. Used the pic icon. (Small .png file)
Win 10 laptop, Firefox, Manage Attachments>Add Files>Upload>Insert Inline>Done (only 548k jpg)
Win 10 laptop, Firefox, Manage Attachments>Add Files>Upload>Insert Inline>Done (1,272KB .jpg)
FAILED with same process as above on a 6,769KB .jpg.
