Unfinished or semi-finished wood grip source?

Just wanted to share my latest. I got some blank leather key fobs from Etsy to practice on. Laser does a great job of etching leather, only drawback is the smell - like burning hair!



Put my jump wings on this one but got a little close to the edge:



I figured you jarheads would like this one:





I actually don't like the dark leather for this, I think this works better on a lighter leather so I'm going to get some of those next.

Still, I'm having fun with the laser etcher!
