Meat hunting this year. Dropped two does and a spike horn in our group. Here is a pic of my shot. 60 yards 30/30. Only moved about 10?. Very happy hunter.

Final product?.. we did Italian, breakfast, cheesy garlic and a sweet BBQ type of brat.

Looks good, what seasoning did you use? Always wanted to make my own sausage, but often just figure the processor is worth the money so I can save some time. Have some pronghorn grind I was thinking about mixing up with something to make some sausage.
