Guess it's a good time to start this years thread.

Got hammered, pea sized to up to baseball sized and more forecast for tomorrow. Not looking forward to seeing cars in daylight.

I think I got lucky. Hailed for about twenty minutes but I only saw a few pieces that were about the size of a quarter. Most of it was marble or pea sized. I don?t anticipate any damage to my vehicles or roof but who knows.

My truck looks like hell in the dark. We had a good 45 minutes of hail. The first wave was the big thumpers on the roof. Then constant marble to 1?.
    Damnit.

As a kid in OK, I remember one time the hailstones were so big and the yard was so saturated they didn't even bounce, they just stuck in the ground. Now there were some fucked up cars and roofs all over town that time! Just beat the hell out of things.

One of my neighbors bought their first home. Lightning set the attic on fire a few weeks ago. Loud enough that I immediately stood straight up at 3am.

    Incredible storm last night?
This should be interesting, my truck is sitting at the dealership 7 miles away with a transmission issue. I am driving a loaner which is a ?23 F150.
My insurance is what covers the loaner as well to my understanding.
If they both look like a golf ball???

Unless the dealership has insurance on it. Then yours will be on the hook for deductible.

It could always be worse. I have some 1? stones in the backyard this morning, after melting all night. Doesn?t look as bad as the pictures I?m seeing from Erie. My poor truck with the aluminum hood! Ugh

It did a number on the patio cover.

These are 1? squares on the table cover. I guess some of these are still larger than an inch this morning, 7 hours after the storm.

I think I got lucky. I had the truck parked close to the hotel here in Loveland, and it doesn't appear to have any damage. I don't want a repeat of the hailstorm last year.
