LGS that honors C&R law?

I'm getting the vibe that the OP does not have a C&R license but is simply trying to buy a C&R eligible firearm from an FFL which as someone previously stated FFLs still need to do background checks but ftf does not.

I hadn't considered it from that perspective. That would fit the question quite well.
