    Default Pueblo West Sportsman's Club?

Anyone a member of the PW Sportsman's Club? Looks like we're moving to PW before the end of the year. Location wise it looks like a great place to go and close to where we will be living (whereas right now the nearest outdoor ranges are 40+ minutes away.)

What can you tell me about the PW Sportmans club?

If you love your freedom, thank a veteran. If you love to party, thank the Beastie Boys. They fought for that right.

Get on the waiting list immediately. Last time I heard, wait time was about one to two years.

I'm sure Hoser will chime in with details.

Ps. Do not ask if you can be expedited. Last person that asked about that got ripped a new one.

Great range. Highly recommend. I live in Woodland Park, and the range is 75 minutes away. I finally came off the waitlist a couple years ago. I’d been on it for four years. If you’re lucky, it’s shorter now. If I were you, I’d sign up yesterday.

Another option is Frontier Sportsman's club.

They have two ranges, their Hanover range is a few miles east of the PPIR race track that's on I25 between Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

Hanover has a number of formal rifle ranges, including a 1000 yard range. Also a formal pistol range and a couple informal ranges.

They too have a one to two year wait list.

I have been a member there for a long time and I consider it my home range. I spend 2 days a week down there during the summer and 1 day a week there during the winter months.

There are 8 pistol ranges, rifle ranges out to 600 yards, shotgun ranges and also archery ranges. At just over $100 a year it is a screaming deal. And yes, there is a wait list as membership is capped at 1,200 people.

I will PM you the info to get on the wait list.
