I need to be able to conceal a firearm with an IWB holster but also tuck a shirt in. This is a job requirement. Other than Cross Breed I'm not really sure what would be a quality holster for this. Suggestions would be helpful.

Look up "tuckable" holsters. There are many options.
Phlster enigma. Then practice drawing from concealment.

Assuming you use one, what is your normal IWB holster?
If you already have a holster you like they may offer a very similar one in a tuckable version.
I have a crossbreed for one of my guns but I don't use it very often. I have found that it is difficult to tuck shirts around it so I was just seeing what better options are out there. I am not the biggest fan of IWB holsters but this will be a requirement for my assignment.
FWIW, this is my favorite holster:

Yes, it and a LAS concealment (Ronin) are my 2 go to AIWB's. I train / instruct with them for Draw From Holster, we teach at the range, among other classes. As you practice with that style, you'd be surprised how much time you're shaving off from IWB, or OWB in the 3 o'clock ish position. Plus you actually print less than an IWB from 2-4 o'clock. Just get use to buying the next size larger waistline.
Also, simplyrugged.com holsters is working on an AIWB leather one, i'm waiting to see how that looks, as one of my co-instructors has one ordered for her VP-9 w/optic.
