Roofing contractor in Wheatridge?

I need my roof done, some gutters and window screens as well.

Small house, 702 sq ft in Wheatridge.

Farmers already approved the claim, sent the first check, second check to be sent after job is complete, pending documentation etc.

I had a guy lined up for the job, but he turned out to be a shady POS and requested a deposit of almost $4000.

That is a huge red flag, since under Colorado SB 38 it is illegal for a roofer to ask for any money until AT LEAST the materials are in your back yard.
So off to pounding sand he went.

Can the Forum PLEASE recommend a reputable, insured, licensed contractor for the job?

We have used J&K Roofing in Wheatridge twice and been very happy with the results. One was a hail damage insurance claim and one was a non-insurance remodel.

We had our roof replaced by Advanced Exteriors a few years ago. They were fantastic to work with.
