I apologize if it's been asked in another section or before.

My Dad and I would like to set up an NFA Trust to purchase a few things. He and I both have purchased (and form 1ed) a couple things personally and now realize we should have done it this way the first time.

A couple questions I have:

Should we use an actual attorney? Or are the ones that pop on google going to work?
When we submit a form 4, I assume both of us need to submit prints/photos? What if I later add my wife and someday my son?
And lastly, I would like to do another form 1 SBR and I'm hearing good things about eform 1s, wonder how that all works with a trust.
