Bargaining is as old as mankind. A polite offer to buy at a lower price shouldn't be offensive and neither should a polite "no" to the offer. Impoliteness by either party is what bothers me. The fact that they sell on the internet for less than they do in person shows shitty business acumen, but it's a free market, right? It doesn't offend me as much as it amuses me.
