    This bullet was extracted by one of my coworkers from the barrel of a 556 AR that experienced a squib load.
    What in the holy fuck is it?

    Yeah, nope, i have seen that before and the rifle blew up.
    Here we just had a blown extractor.
    Unless, maybe, a very weak subsonic?

    Does this line/ separation go all the way around? Because it looks like 2 bullets.

    Sort of, but it is pretty damn solid now, I tried to snap it in two and it won't budge.

    Simple. That?s just your standard 150gr projectile. Probably a long range, match bullet of some sort.

    Make sure your brass rod for removing a squib is smaller than your bore.
