    Default Reload Ammo Expectations

Besides 'shooter beware', what should I expect from these loadings I've had since 2010 reloaded by a deceased relative? Powder puffs loads? Hot? Middle of load range?

    45 ACP: 3.7 Clays topped with 230gr Berry's bullet

    .223: 25.5 H335 topped with 55gr FMJ

3.7 is a solid load. Not a powder puff and not +P+.

I would pull a half dozen or so and verify that they are all around 3.7

If any go over 4.2-4.4 I would pull the lot, keep the bullets and reuse the primed brass.

For the 223, same thing. Weigh a few charges and see how consistent they are. Too high/low, pull them all.
