Hmm. Come to think of it, I believe they did put Mr. Potato Head on the ballot last time around and it worked out for them.

Yesterday's press conference did nothing to dissuade those that think he should get out. Those that think he should stay and thought he did a great job.

I think the damage has been done with the electorate. People tend to remember and emphasize bad things over good. So he would need a huge turnaround in order to win back voters.

Given his age, that is not going to happen.

He is always been a stubborn, self-centered person willing to say quite literally anything in order to gain and retain power. It simply is not in his personality to walk away from the most powerful job in the world, one that he has been working towards for 40+ years.

He will run. He will lose. Kamala will go away. The Democrats will field a new team of younger, more palatable candidates in 2028, likely to include Jared Polis.

You may be right, but I think they'll convince him to drop out or else resign the presidency. All they'd have left is for Joe to drop out a second story window.

How? What do you use to get him to change his mind?

He has money. I doubt there is anything in his closet to be used as leverage. He is likely too self centered that an appeal "for the good of the nation" or party would sway him.

He is exactly where he has spent his entire life trying to be and I think he honestly believes he is doing a great job.

Those in cognitive decline don't think they are having an issue. That is why you have to hide Grandma's keys. She thinks she can drive just fine.

He said the only way he would step aside is if God told him to. I don't think he meant Obama.

Default Will He Stay or Will He Go?

    Hey, Clintons.

I heard Biden has some dirt on you.

There. Fixed. No worry about Joe running for reelection.

I bet he does. He's been in Washington long enough to have dirt on everyone.

If anything untimely happens to him, it with probably leak.

It doesn't matter what puppet they choose, that puppet will "win"; I guess they just don't want their puppet to look like a bumbling buffoon even though that bumbling buffoon "won" a record number of votes in the last election. In other words, it doesn't matter. The face of this farce is just that. Biden is the perfect reflection of what this really is and what this country has really become.
I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

Not official yet, but Biden is out. Will probably be announced early next week. They are withholding over 90 million in campaign contributions and nearly the entire DNC is begging him to "please consider stepping down."
