    The company I work for charges 6hr of labor at $65 an hour, plus water heater and parts for a water heater install. That is for a basic 40 of 50gal unit. If the customer wants some fancy shit the cost goes up.

    Applewood is the most expensive place I've come across. The gave a customer a quote of 400 to pull and reset a toilet.
