A candidate that has more bankruptcies than ex-wives, a proven track record of failing at elections, previously was a registered democrat, and donated to HRC. A candidate that openly admits to corruption and made promises in the past such as "I'm going to pay off all the national debt", while increasing it more in a single term than any president in U.S. History. A candidate that exhibits all the classic symptoms of true narcissism personality disorder, including the black/white love/hate relationship with his enemies and closest allies. A candidate that sings praises for Kim Jong Un but demonizes conservative allies like General Mattis for simply disagreeing.

They believe that anyone who doesn't worship Trump is mentally ill, e.g. "Deranged".

Too bad his vote buying efforts didn't work last time (Socialist stimmy checks left and right proudly stamping his name). I'll be here to say "I told you so" when only Trumpers claim the vote was rigged. The only way it was rigged is by the primary support for this loser.

Next time, support a qualified, electable candidate[/B], not a proven loser in sheep's clothing. We could've had a fresh face and an easy win, but you know what they say about repeatedly attempting the same failure, over and over.

See you in four more progressive years entirely brought about by the Trump support... and probably from here on out.

If anyone was a progressive plant, it was Trump - whether or not he was in on it, he destroyed the conservative party and made them effectively noncompetitive against even the biggest progressive losers. Biden couldn't have prevailed against any of the other candidates four years ago. And Kamala does even worse, but here, she actually has more than a chance.

If facts are TDS, then I'm glad to not be a part of your new splintered religious affiliation.
We have 2 candidates running, both have a track record of being in office, it?s either Trump or Kamala. So you?re pro Kamala. Got it. That?s the reality of this situation. This is a do or die moment in history if you?re paying attention. We are at the precipice of a world slipping away from personal freedoms to digital currencies, social credit scores, no personal firearms and a surveillance state like China.

Everyone on the left screams he?s a narcissist, are you saying that Trump is the only person you perceive to be a narcissist in an elected position past or present?

The business bankruptcies are always touted as a negative thing. You?re obviously not an entrepreneur. Shit can go sideways even with the best planning from things completely out of your control. Look at all the businesses that went under during Covid.

I use to be considered more liberal like a lot of people, the left has moved so far left I?m a right wing gun nut.

In one breath, Never Trumpers scream about things he said he?d do but didn?t get done. In the next breath they call him a dictator that does what he wants. Your posts are filled with anti-Trump liberal talking points.

I don?t make very few emotional based decisions. Obviously you do, just like most Never Trumpers / liberal boomers with TDS do. Your emotional hate for the man would have you cut your nose off to spite your face.

Yeah, I'm sorry, I won't line up behind him.
Fortunately, we're in Colorado, so it doesn't make a lick of difference anyway.

There's some positives with him, and gigantic negatives. Different than Kamala, but nevertheless, gigantic negatives. There are more than a million conservatives that would do a far better job.

But the sky is falling crap and "Trump or the world ends" is the biggest crock of derangement there ever was. If it wasn't for that mindset, we'd have an electable candidate. It's this mindset that will result in for more progressive years.

If you want to win an election, you pick an electable candidate from the inset.

Bitch all you want that people refuse to fall in line behind your unelectable candidate, pretend the sky is falling all you want, it won't change the outcome.

Politics 101: Don't bet on the horse with the worst stats at the beginning of the race. Pretty sure an 8 year old could tell you that one. When we have a progressive nut for the next four years, don't fool yourself into the mantra that the election was stolen... it's every Trump supporter's fault for betting on the horse with the worse stats, just cause they like the crap that comes out of its ass.

Interesting thread. Lifelong big name democrat supporters leaving the party and explanations with examples of “TDS” ( which I thought was bs until seeing this thread). All in all pretty entertaining, too bad the future stakes are so high as we are rapidly approaching a determining crossroad event this November.

EVERY election I have paid attention to has been the most consequential election in the history of the Republic.

    Until the next one.

It is unlikely the world as we know it will end on January 20th, regardless of the fool taking the oath.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is very real as evidenced by the polling data showing Harris has a definite chance of winning in November. Some people hate him so much they will vote for a box of rocks- see 2020.

As FoxtArt said, had the Republicans told Trump "No Thanks" and moved on, this would have been a landslide for them but Trump is more polarizing than anyone I can think of, as evidenced by this thread.

Will I vote for him? No, I will vote for the 3000- 4000 appointees that will be in his administration if he wins. They align more with my views than the people that will run things if Harris wins, especially with the impending retirements of Supreme Court justices. I do not want Harris to be able to nominate a leftist.

As Mike Rosen has said for decades, party trumps person.

In all honesty, I do not believe they have actually counted votes for a Presidential election since Carter got elected. I believe it's predetermined over a year in advance.

Besides, POTUS is basically just a symbolic figurehead appointed to "represent" us internationally, sign papers, and give the occasional speech. That position holds far less actual power than most people seem to think, and an Executive Order seems little more than a strongly worded suggestion.

American "politics," as portrayed in our media, seems about as real as professional wrestling.

I'd argue that appointing supreme court justices is actually quite important. Highlighted by the fact that some Dems. are looking for ways to change and pack the court.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.
