Gunsmith for M&P 1.0

Hey fellas I?m looking for recommendations on a knowledgeable smith for a M&P FS 9mm 1st generation. The trouble I?m having is light primer strikes on 1-3 rounds per mag. Sometimes it works fine and other times not. I think it?s a timing issue with the ?loop? on the trigger bar interfacing with the sear possibly slowing things down enough to not set off the primer but honestly don?t know for sure. I?ve replaced the striker assembly as well as bump up the spring weight for the striker. It does have an Apex trigger on it also but that?s been on for years without trouble. This is not my main squeeze but she was my first M&P and would like to get it back to 100%

Have you tried contacting smith and Wesson? I had a problem with my MP pistol long ago and they fixed it for free.

No I haven’t. I figured because of the aftermarket trigger that they wouldn’t touch it anymore.
