The one where he goes on Jockos podcast and is 4hrs long is great. It gives an overview of physiology and impacts to the body and Jocko looks at it from his sea experience.
Hubermans explanation of sleep and how to improve it is great. Surprisingly important to well being and performance.
The rest of them I just pick and choose based on focus topics and guest expertise. The last one I listened to was on emotional intelligence. Which I thought would be a joke but I found great use for it when interacting with ?those? coworkers.
