Default Injunction on under 21 purchases reversed

In case you didn't see it, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the district court's injunction against enforcing Colorado's prohibition on under-21 year olds buying firearms (SB 23-169). The opinion is here is you want to review it:

    Quoting 10th COA logic:
    However,
Pineda fails to prove that SB 23-169 implicates his right to “keep and bear”
arms, the third prong of step one. This is because SB 23-169 is
presumptively lawful as a law that imposes conditions or qualifications
upon the sale and purchase of arms and thus does not fall within the
protections of the plain text of the Second Amendment

In plain speak, don't ya'll know, the 2nd amendment protects the right to own these guns, it just doesn't protect the right to acquire them in any fashion or any way.
