C&R and the new three day waiting period
I know C&R rifles were previously exempted from the ftf background check. I thought I read here or somewhere else that that exemption was removed with the new three day waiting period law.
What's the reality? Are C&R rifles still exempted from the background check and three day wait period?

Ok, so C&R is still exempt. I read the new law at some point but somehow missed that. Thanks!

Most gun stores do a BGC and waiting period anyway for C&R and antique.
