As hoser mentioned an inner / outer belt would fit the bill. For mag holders the Pitbull tactical, 1 size fits all, mag holders would work as well. From the single stack 22 mags to double stack, no need to stock multiple mag holders. The rubber band X type retention holds up fairly well, it lasted 3 yrs in the AZ sun before they started losing tension. I also keep a few on hand for people who attend training that don't have mag carriers.
