There is no stimulus so I'm trying to be slow and methodical in pieing the room. Once I've seen everything I can see from the doorway I enter and move to check behind the desk. When I saw the role player (hiding under the desk) we were pretty close so I fired one round to give them an "out" if they didn't want to swap rounds at that distance. Apparently they did, so we shot it out.
