When you spray for bugs in one place, the bugs flee to un-sprayed places. Same works with criminals, put heat on them in one place and they move to someplace they believe is safer. It's good to see local/stte/federal LE is expanding their "spraying" ops.
Based on this story, it looks like there'll be a few court martials coming out of this as well. Good! We don't need criminal elements serving in our armed forces.
